After hearing a nightmare news from a diff plumber who was not willing to come do the work gill was not intimidated. Just a conversation with him eased my stress. He is very professional and knowledgeable! He talked through the game plan with me which i expected my basement to end up flooded like previous plumbers have done but nope! Very little clean up!!!
